Postnatal yoga is especially for women who have just had a baby. Suddenly your life is different. A pregnancy, a birth an a new life are major events that cause many changes physically and mentally. Postnatal yoga helps you to release physical, mental and emotional tension and find a new balance.
In the lessons, hatha yoga and mindfulness exercises are combined. Attention is paid to the entire body. The exercises help your body to regain it´s strength and make energy flow again. You feel stronger and more vital and you will get more rest and relaxation. During and after the 6 lesson serie you will experience more peace and harmony.
When can you participate
You can sign up for the 6-week postnatal yoga classes from approximately 4 weeks after delivery.
You can enter at any time. It is accessible to everyone, experience with yoga is not required. If you want to continue with the weekly classes after the 6-week postnatal yoga, you can move on to
