Postnatal yoga

Postnatal yoga is especially for women who have just had a baby. Suddenly your life is different. A pregnancy, a birth an a new life are major events that cause many changes physically and mentally. Postnatal yoga helps you to release physical, mental and emotional tension and find a new balance.


In the lessons, hatha yoga and mindfulness exercises are combined. Attention is paid to the entire body. The exercises help your body to regain it´s strength and make energy flow again. You feel stronger and more vital and you will get more rest and relaxation. During and after the 6 lesson serie you will experience more peace and harmony.


When can you participate

You can sign up for the 6-week postnatal yoga classes from approximately 4 weeks after delivery.

You can enter at any time. It is accessible to everyone, experience with yoga is not required. If you want to continue with the weekly classes after 6-week postnatal yoga, you can move on to Mama flow yoga.
